Position Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer to bridge thegap between our innovative technology and our valued customers. The idealcandidate will be able to understand the technical nuances of Sincera'sofferings and communicate their value to both technical and non-technicalstakeholders. As a Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team todrive product adoption, provide technical insights during sales pitches, andensure our solutions align with the unique needs of each customer.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of Sincera's technology.
  2. Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms tailored to the audience, whether they are technical experts or     novices.
  3. Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer interactions and market trends.
  4. Assist in the creation of technical sales and training materials.
  5. Stay updated with the latest developments in the adtech industry and Sincera's product offerings.
  6. Address and resolve pre-sales technical concerns and objections.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a     related field.
  2. Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical sales or sales     engineering role, preferably in the adtech industry.
  3. Strong understanding of AWS and cloud-based services.
  4. Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts in     simple terms.
  5. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional     teams.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
